A list of classic drinks is joined by a cocktail menu of bespoke botanical-inspired beverages with flavours ranging from floral notes to earthy tones. Our cocktails have been crafted by 2018 World Class Global Bartender of the Year, Orlando Marzo.
Omnia features a beautiful array of versatile gathering spaces. A bright and airy conservatory area brimming with greenery; a large marble bar best saddled up to for drinks or a bite; a dimly lit and cosy barrel room with plush leather booths and banquette seating; and a kitchen counter where guests can be immersed in the theatre of our open kitchen.
