Our new tasting menu features five seasonal courses, each shaped by locally grown, reared, caught and sustainably farmed Australian ingredients. Crafted by our chefs, it’s the perfect menu to celebrate with—or simply enjoy as a group—this season.
Mother’s Day
Omnia will be open for lunch on Sunday May 10th, serving up a $165pp set menu, to help you celebrate.
Live Jazz: Wednesdays at Omnia
Wednesdays at Omnia come alive with the sound of live jazz from 20 May to 12 August. Expect soulful vocals, a rotating lineup of guest performers, and a resident band bringing both timeless standards and fresh interpretations to the stage—set against an intimate, atmospheric backdrop. Each month introduces a new theme, beginning with a celebration of jazz’s most iconic legends.
Easter Weekend
Celebrate Easter with your family and friends at Omnia. We’ll be open for lunch and dinner on Good Friday and Easter Saturday.
